Santorum's vote enabling Halliburton to continue trading with Iran featured in last month's article, has sparked considerable feedback, including two editorials in the Washington Times defending Santorum. Living Judaism

We are sorry to announce that our Living Judaism editor Rabbi Goldie Milgram is stepping down in order to pursue an important new opportunity. However, our loss is New York's gain as she has been appointed Director of Innovative Jewish Programming at the 92nd Street Y. Rabbi Milgram's columns in the Philadelphia Jewish Voice have been adopted and adapted by newspapers, conferences and websites worldwide including Beliefnet, Moment Magazine and Limmud England.

The 92nd Street Y operates in the context of a history that spans over 128 years. Founded in 1874 as the Young Men's Hebrew Association, the 92nd Street Y has evolved into a world-renowned community and cultural center. Rabbi Milgram's new position places her into leadership of implementing the shift in 92nd Street Y Mission statement adopted by the Y board which places support of Jewish life at the top of the highly respected institution's agenda.

Adena Potok assuming the helm of the Living Judaism column. The insightful d'var torah on Pashat Noach by Mike Weilbacher which she has chosen this month continues the tradition which Rabbi Milgram began, of stimulating comments, and we hope our readers will be as eager to read each new installment of Living Judaism as we are.
