Over 250,000 Served
A Word from the Publisher. The
1984 Jewish Population Study of Greater Philadelphia finds that
there are 250,000 Jews living in 100,000 households in the
five-county Greater Philadelphia area. That is why I am proud
to announce the latest accomplishment of the Philadelphia Jewish
Voice: over a quarter of a million pages have been viewed on our
website; literally, one per member of the Philadelphia Jewish
Community. We continue to accrue visitors at a rate of about 60,000
page views per month.

Of course, some of
our readers come from as far away as Israel and Australia and most of
our regular readers will read several pages in a single sitting, and
come back month after month for more, so it stands to reason that a
great majority of the Philadelphia Jewish community has not had the
opportunity to read the Philadelphia Jewish Voice. As
a loyal reader, please help us spread the word about the Voice:
- Take our Readership
Survey and help us better understand who
our readers are and what they enjoy reading.
- Tell your friends to read the Philadelphia
Jewish Voice.
- Forward to your friends the URLs
(web addresses) of your favorite articles or link to them from
your own website.
to be notified when the next issue appears.
- Make a
tax-deductible donation to support the Philadelphia
Jewish Voice.
- Refer to us qualified people
interested in working as business manager or copy editor for our
paper.
Next month we hope to celebrate our
first anniversary with the latest information on the Philadelphia
Jewish Voice including results of our
Readership
Survey.
Thank you for your continuing support.
